45KVA UL1640 PORTABLE OFFICE-TRAILER JOB-SITE POWER OUTLETS. SCOPE OF DEGINE: All Bossltg Temp Power systems are assembled per UL1640 Standards. UL requires a main on/off single switch control. This is performed by 100A-480v line power fused disconnect with 70a – 600v fuses protecting the primary of a 45kva – 480v, 3ph to 208Y/120v, 3ph transformer – Rated for OUTDOOR USE. The secondary voltage is connected to a 125A, MAIN BREAKER, 208y/120v, 4p/5w panel board with Grounded Neutral. Equipped with 2 – 100a disconnects for office trailer hook ups. 2 – 100a, 2p circuit breakers and 2 – 20a, 1p breakers for 20a, 120v GFCI duplex mounted receptacles. This panel board is installed in a Nema 4 enclosure. Green ON/OFF indicator light to alert operators of power. Total electrical package in mounted to a metal cage frame that can be moved around site by forklift. Unit has forklift pockets and a four point lifting system. Total system is UL performance tested, electrical, static load and environmental weather test simulated. This Bossltg product will carry a NEMA 3R Environmental Rating. After testing, system is UL Labelled, palletized, metal strapped, then plastic wrapped for shipments.
FRAME TYPE: 2″ Metal square tubing designed with four leveling jacks to stabilize power station on selected site. Forklift pockets, four point to center lifting eye with 4/0 grounding lug.
PRIMARY LINE PROTECTION: 100a, 480v, 3ph fused disconnect switch, MAIN ON/OFF system. 70 amp -600v fuses. Nema 3R Enclosure.
TRANSFORMER: 45kva, weather proof rated with drip shields, 480v 3ph to 208y/120v 3ph.
SECONDARY PANEL BOARD: 125a, MAIN BREAKER, 208Y/120V, 3ph, 4p/5w with Grounded Neutral. 12 Circuits with 2 – 20a, 1p GFI branch 120v breakers and 2 x 100a 2p breakers.
120 VOLT GFCI DUPLEX OUTLETS: 2 x 20a, 120v GFCI duplex receptacles, WR rated with IN-USE weather-proof covers.
OFFICE TRAILER HOOK-UPS: 2 x 100a, 120/208, 2P 100A disconnect switches..
SEAL TITE TUBING: 2” plastic tubing to load side of MAIN Disconnect switch to line side of Transformer. 2″ plastic tubing from load side of transformer to line side of PANEL BOARD. 1-1/4″ tubing from PANEL BOARD to 100a OFFICE TRAILER Disconnect Switches.
WIRING: All wire will be sized to 115% of amp load rating. THHN 90* wire type within system.
UL CERTIFICATION: Boss will assemble and text his product to UL1640 Portable Job-site Electrical Distribution Standards.
UL LISTED MARK: The UL Mark will be labelled to the 45KVA UL1640 PORTABLE OFFICE-TRAILER JOB-SITE POWER OUTLETS. This mark will have a serialized number so that OHSA can track this product through the UL Certification system.
FALSE-HOOD REPRESENTATION: Just because an electrical assembler uses all UL Certified Electrical Components does not represent a product to be UL Listed. The company that is assembling the product has to be UL Qualified by Underwriter’s Lab and confirmed with a UL File Listing. A UL Listed Printed Decal distributed by UL’s Authorized Printer that will show a recorded individual serialized tracking number with UL Assemblers Company name. This UL Label must be installed in open view of operator.
