Bossltg is a UL1640 Temporary Job-site Electrical Explosion Proof Distribution assembler. We have the experience to produce, test and label all explosion proof GFI monitored systems for temporary use like this PORTABLE GFI EXPLOSION-PROOF POWER STATION-120V product.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS: This GFI system will use UL Certified Electrical Explosion Proof components. After final assembly, testing and labelling System will be rated Class 1 Division 1, Groups, CD
PLUGS-GFI MONITOR-RECEPTACLES: APPLETON, KILLARK or CROUSE are the three main brands that our clients can request. Rated only 20a – 120v Nema 5-15/20. Because all GFI SYSEMS are special assembled client has the options to select brands and receptacle types. If no brand name is requested Bossltg takes the responsibility to select BRAND COMPONENTS most readily available.
SO POWER CORDS: The standard cord size Bossltg supplies will be a 12/3 rated for 25amps 600v – UL CERTIFIED. Standard cord length will be 25′.
ALUMINUM BRACKET: The electrical system is assembled on an aluminum metal plate with a carrying handle. Handle can be used to hang system above working grade.
MODIFICATIONS AVAILABLE: This system the PORTABLE GFI EXPLOSION-PROOF POWER STATION-120V can be modified to hold up to 3 x 20amp 120v explosion proof receptacles. GFI monitor max load is 20amp. If clients individual load requirements are less than 20amp this GFI system can be expanded to clients power outlet requirements.
GFI ORDERING PROCESS: Bossltg will ask for the type/style of plug and receptacle Nema rating being requested.
