200 AMP UL1640 PORTABLE RV-TRAILER CAMPSITE MULTI-STATION HOOK-UPS: Diesel Gen-set Powered. The RV360 takes power directly off gen-set lug panel delivers power through cords then plugs into RV360. This RV360 is cable of powering 3 x 60a rated RV travel trailers or offices.
200 AMP UL1640 PORTABLE RV-TRAILER CAMPSITE MULTI-STATION HOOK-UPS. SCOPE OF DEGINE: All Bossltg RV Temp Power systems are assembled per UL1640 Standards. This RV360 Multi-power station is design with 200A-208y/120v line power direct from a Portable Diesel Powered Gen-set. Min. 75kva – 208Y/120v, 3ph. The RV200a panel connects to the power lug panel on diesel gen-set. System is protected my MAIN BREAKER supplied on gen-set. 208y/120v, 4p/5w lug panel with Grounded Neutral. This RV360 is Equipped with 3 – 60a RV 60a, 120/208 hook ups. Green ON/OFF indicator light to alert operators of power. Total electrical package in mounted to a metal stand that can be moved around site by two people. Total system is UL performance tested, electrical, static load and environmental weather test simulated. This Bossltg product will carry a NEMA 3R Environmental Rating. After testing, system is UL Labelled, palletized, metal strapped, then plastic wrapped for shipments.
FRAME TYPE: 2″ Metal square tubing designed that allows the RV Connection box to be extended at least 18″ above ground.
PRIMARY LINE PROTECTION: Is taken from the main breaker protecting the 75kva Diesel Gen-set. Welding cables with cam-loc are used from the gen-set lug panel to the RV360. Male cam-locs are used to receive gen-set power to RV360 box.
120 VOLT GFCI DUPLEX OUTLETS: 4 x 20, 120v GFCI duplex receptacles, WR rated with IN-USE weather-proof covers are included on RV360.
OFFICE TRAILER HOOK-UPS: 3 x 60a, 120/208, 2P breakers with 60a RV receptacle and 20a, 120v GFCI duplex outlet within RV receptacle box.
WIRING: All wire will be sized to 115% of amp load rating. THHN 90* wire type within system.
UL CERTIFICATION: Boss will assemble and text his product to UL1640 Portable Job-site Electrical Distribution Standards.
UL LISTED MARK: The UL Mark will be labelled to the 200 AMP UL1640 PORTABLE RV-TRAILER CAMPSITE MULTI-STATION HOOK-UPS. The UL Mark is recognized by all Safety Compliance Regulators throughout the USA and CANADA. This mark will have a serialized number so that OHSA can track this product through the UL Certification system.
FALSE-HOOD REPRESENTATION: Just because an electrical assembler uses all UL Certified Electrical Components does not represent a product to be UL Listed. The company that is assembling the product has to be UL Qualified by Underwriter’s Lab and confirmed with a UL File Listing. A UL Listed Printed Decal distributed by UL’s Authorized Printer that will show a recorded individual serialized tracking number with UL Assemblers Company name. This UL Label must be installed in open view of operator.
