50KVA UL1640 PORTABLE TEMP POWER GFCI 480V-120/240V CASTER CART. SCOPE OF DEGINE: All Bossltg Temp Power CART systems are assembled per UL1640 Standards. UL requires a main on/off single switch control. This is performed by 100A-480v line power fused disconnect with 80a – 600v fuses protecting the primary of a 50kva – 480v, 1ph to 120/240v, 1ph transformer – Rated for OUTDOOR USE. The secondary voltage is connected to a 200amp-120/240v 1ph, 3p/4w, Grounded Neutral load center with main breaker and 20 – 20a, 1ph circuit breakers and 4 – 50a, 2p breakers. This load center is installed in a Nema 4 enclosure. Green ON/OFF indicator light to alert operators of power. 20 – 20a, 120v GFCI duplex, TYPE WR, receptacles are positioned – 10 outlets down each side of enclosure. 4 – 50a, 125/250v Spider Receptacles are mounted separately on secondary side of transformer housing. This package in mounted to a metal caster wheel cart frame that can be folled by hand over solid surfaces. Unit has forklift pockets and a center point lifting eye. Total system is UL performance tested, electrical, static load and environmental weather test simulated. This Bossltg product will carry a NEMA 3R Environmental Rating. After testing, system is UL Labelled, palletized, metal strapped, then plastic wrapped for shipments.

SECONDARY LOAD CENTER: 200a, MAIN BREAKER, 120/240v, 1ph, 3p/4w with Grounded Neutral. 32 Circuits with 20 – 20a, 1p branch 120v breakers and 2 – 50a, 2p 125/250v breakers.
120 VOLT GFCI DUPLEX OUTLETS: 20 x 20a, 120v GFCI duplex receptacles, WR rated with IN-USE weather-proof covers.
SPIDER RECETPACLES: 4 x 50a, 125/250v Spider/California Style Receptacles with Weather Proof cover.
SEAL TITE TUBING: 2” plastic tubing to load side of Disconnect switch to line side of Transformer. 2″ plastic tubing from load side of transformer to line side of LOAD CENTER. Weather proof rated.
WIRING: All wire will be sized to 115% of amp load rating. THHN 90* wire type within system.
UL CERTIFICATION: Boss will assemble and text his product to UL1640 Portable Job-site Electrical Distribution Standards.
UL LISTED MARK: The UL Mark will be labelled to the 50KVA UL1640 PORTABLE TEMP POWER GFCI 480V-120/240V CASTER CART. This mark will have a serialized number so that OHSA can track this product through the UL Certification system.
FALSE-HOOD REPRESENTATION: Just because an electrical assembler uses all UL Certified Electrical Components does not represent a product to be UL Listed. The company that is assembling the product has to be UL Qualified by Underwriter’s Lab and confirmed with a UL File Listing. A UL Listed Printed Decal distributed by UL’s Authorized Printer that will show a recorded individual serialized tracking number with UL Assemblers Company name. This UL Label must be installed in open view of operator.
