VIBRATION RESISTANT SPRING MOUNTED PORTABLE LIGHTING LED FLOODLIGHTING PRODUCTS.
VIBRATION RESISTANT SPRING MOUNTED PORTABLE LIGHTING with 400w or 600 LED floodlight assembled within a spring mounted anti-vibration resistant fixture bracket. Designed to mount on CRANES, drag lines and Boom lift style equipment. Two styles: 600w LED floodlight will illuminate 30,000 sq.ft. and project light up to 100′. Special order lamp cord lengths. Standard is 100′. Operates off of 120v, 1ph, 60hz power. Optional voltages are available.
VIBRATION RESISTANT SPRING MOUNTED PORTABLE LIGHTING has many potential applications. Originally introduced for use on drag lines. Currently being used on constructions cranes at variable position up and down on crane so that the entire working area has safe bright light.
NOTE: Boss Supplies LED type sports lighting fixtures with spring mounted fixture brackets. Do to mechanical shock produced by stopping and starting of crane lifting requirements the use of LED FLOODLIGHTS eliminates the possibility of the jolts, g-forces of crane operations, knocking out the light source. LED is instant on and instant off which makes it perfect for crane lighting use.
Boss is a UL844-P4 portable lighting certified electrical assembler along with being a UL1640 portable power distribution electrical assembler.
We can design and install lighting systems on cranes anywhere in the USA. Our lighting systems are durable and dependable and will allow crane operators and site works to see clearly what is happening with 100′ around the operation of crane.
The mounted brackets used are designed to withstand abusive g-forces and mechanical shock preventing the fixtures from breaking loose from crane support. Each fixture is also secured with wire-rope support cable just to ensure that fixtures do not break loose and fall to ground.
Boss can special design lighting systems that will meet OHSA lighting requirements for construction site safety. We have the technician that can install lighting systems on projects anywhere throughout the USA and Canada.
