30 FOOT PORTABLE LIGHT TOWER KIT – TOWER ASSEMBLY NO ELECTRICAL: This light tower kit can be assembled to an existing generator set trailer, welding machine trailer or installed to a service truck flat-bed.
30 FOOT PORTABLE LIGHT TOWER KIT – TOWER ASSEMBLY NO ELECTRICAL: Tower Kit is designed to attach Gen sets and/or Portable Welding Machines Trailers. A Light Tower Kit that can be equipped with multiple floodlights and Controls that Plug-in to existing power supply on Welder or Gen-set Package. Stock products and special design options are avaiable. SPECIFY: Pivot to Vertical or Vertical Lift only.
FLOODLIGHTING OPTIONS: Two, four or six 1000w metal halide or 200w LED floodlight at 30′ height can illuminate work task areas. The 30′ tower is constructed of square tubing and the two inner section boom are hot dipped galvanized to prevent rusting and tower binding between boom sections. The galvanizing coating act as a self-lub system allow the boom section to inter-act freely. 1/4 galvanized cable engineered to lift 2200 lbs. Twice the size required to lift up to six floodlights and boom sections 30′ above grade. The winches are self braking design that will not free spin if operator lets go of winch handle. SPECIAL SPRING MOUNTED FLOODLIGHTS: All light tower kits are recommended to use SPRING MOUNTED FLOODLIGHTS. Metal Halide or LED fixtures are installed within a metal bracket that allow the fixture to be supported by eight stainless steel springs. These springs absorb all vibration from road travel with fixtures attached to end of telescoping boom.

LED or Metal Halide Floodlights mounted on a supportive frame design that can be attached to an existing trailer or can be purchase with trailer so that customer can install own Welder or Gen-set package. Electrical System includes a plug-in design control panel that operates off of a 125/250v, 50amp, Spider Recetpacle.
