UL844-P4 Compliant 150W LED 120V PORTA-CART PORTABLE EXPLOSION-PROOF LIGHTS – RECEPTACLES DIVISION 1: 150W LED Floodlights mounted on an aluminum porta-card with an Explosion Proof 120v Receptacle Distribution Box with 100′ of power cord and an explosion proof 15amp plug. This product is equipped with a replaceable plexi-glass lens to protect against sandblast particles and or paint over-spray getting onto the fixture glass lens. UL Required Al2 glass lens guard. This LED product will illuminate 10,000 square feet of work task area and project a beam of light 100′
150W LED 120V FS PORTABLE EXPLOSION-PROOF FLOODLIGHT-DIVISION 1: Porta – Cart floodlight rated: Class 1 Division 1, Groups CD, for T3 applications. Able to fit through a 24 inch manhole. Contact Boss to receive full UL844-P4 operating specifications.
Explosion Proof Receptacle Box: Rated Class 1 Division 1, Groups ABCD. Has 4 x 15a 120v explosion proof rated twist to connect and lock receptacles. Allows enough power to operate 4 x 150w LED floodlights.
Porta-Cart: Aluminum cart designed to fit through an 18″ or 24″ confined space entry manhole. Equipped with conductive type rubbers wheels and swivel front conductive caster wheel to ensure equipment ground at all times.

UL844-P4 Explosion Proof Floodlighting UL Modifications for PORTABLE USE: In 2012 UL established a Safety Standard UL844-P4 that requires all Explosion Proof UL844 Floodlights be up-graded if used for PROTABLE APPLICATIONS.
