PORTABLE LED WATER-VAPOR PROOF HAND LAMPS 120 VOLT are commonly used in confined space entry apps.  Boss uses Daniel Woodhead#1203qQOG hand lamp products.  This hand lamp is rated for NEMA 4X environmentally water proof from dripping or spaying water.  Hand lamp is designed to be hung by its hook.  Not to be hung by its cord.  If hung by cord water will seep into the wiring compartment of hand lamp and burn out wires.  This voids all warranty from DW.  The QUICK OPENING GUARD makes it easy and fast for operator to change out light bulb in field without the need of any tooling.  This QOG feature is an industry standard.  When installing the guard to hand lamp handle operator must make sure the metal guard comes in contact with the metal ground strap on handle.  This grounds the metal guard to electrical 120v GFCI protection devise.  The metal guard was originally designed to protect the operator from touching the hand lamps hot glass globes.  PORTABLE LED WATER-VAPOR PROOF HAND LAMPS 120 VOLT have to be used with GFCI protects circuits with accordance to OHSA requirements.
